\n1.A application letter written in the company\/organization’s
\nletter-head pad signed by authorized officer.(sample application letter
\nis given at last , see below )<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

2.\u00a0A copy of company\/organization registration certificate issued by
\nthe respective government bodies must be dropped to the Hostmaster at
\nMercantile communications, Durbar Marga. Kathmandu.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

3.Online form\u00a0(admin\/ technical contacts and valid name servers).
\n(Administrator’s contract address in the online form should be from the
\ncompany owner)
\nNOTE:- A company\/organisation only can
\nselect domain names based on its company\/organization’s name, product’s
\nname, service’s name and brand name.<\/span>

\nA copy of the applicant’s citizenship certificate must be dropped to
\nthe Hostmaster at Mercantile communications, Durbar Marg. Kathmandu in
\norder to verify the authenticity of the applicant as only Nepalese
\ncitizens are entitled to register personal domains.
\nOnline form (Administrator’s contract adress in the online form should be from the domain owner)
\nNOTE:- Personal Domain name should be selected based only on his\/her name as mentioned in citizenship certificate.<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n
